part of our home, a large house on the Winsley/Bath side of Bradford-on-Avon

It's an 8 minute walk from the station opposite a bus stop from Bath
and 6 minutes on picturesque footpaths
from the ancient town centre

(electric cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine & dish washer)

a cloaks area and separate loo & bathroom
(bath with electric shower over)

and a large bed-sitting room
(twin beds, wardrobe, dresser, table & chairs, sofa, TV)
with French windows to a south facing terrace
(own seating, BBQ)

It is available on:

a full bed & breakfast basis
(cooked breakfast brought to you in the flat, either in the living area or the kitchen)

continental bed & breakfast basis
(breakfast provided on a tray/in the fridge in your flat for you to eat when you prefer)

or a self-catering basis
(linen etc provided,
discounts for bookings of a week or more
normal change over day is a Friday)

The Garden Flat
can accommodate up to 2 persons and one infant
(cot & high-chair available)
regrettably, we can't accept pets
parking is readily available in the side street beside the house
(Budbury Place) and occasionally in the drive!
